Applying a smooth bead of caulking between a window frame and a brick wall

Service · Caulking

Caulking: we seal, air and water stay out.

Cracked sealant around windows and doors is an open door to drafts and water. We strip the old joint, prep the surface and lay fresh sealant — the most cost-effective move before winter.

Why it matters

Against water

A cracked exterior joint lets water seep into the wall — and the damage costs far more than caulking. We seal before it happens.

Against drafts

Sealing around openings kills the whistle and keeps heat inside. Immediate comfort, lower heating.

Done right

Old sealant removed, surface cleaned, primed if needed, then a clean, even bead that holds for years — not a quick patch.

“I would like to extend my warmest thanks to the team for their exceptional work. They installed five windows and a patio door with incredible care, and the result is simply magnificent. Many thanks to the entire team for this high-quality work!”

“Awesome service, very pleasant guys!! Work is well done, everything is kept clean and they go above and beyond!! Highly recommended! They did work for my in-laws and they recommended them for some stuff I had to do at the house. Saw their work, got them even more involved with other things I was planning on doing! Price is also good and fair!”

Frequently asked questions

How often should caulking be redone?

Exterior sealant lasts about 5 to 10 years depending on exposure. Once it cracks, hardens, peels or splits, it no longer protects — time to redo it before water or air gets in.

Does caulking really help my heating bill?

Yes, and it’s often the best cost-to-benefit move: sealing around windows and doors cuts drafts and heat loss, for a fraction of the cost of new windows.

Do you remove the old sealant first?

Always. We strip the cracked old sealant, clean and prep the surface, then apply a quality sealant — a clean joint that holds, not a layer smeared over the old one.

Do you do interior and exterior?

Both, as needed: exterior joints against rain and wind, interior joints for air tightness. We target what actually protects your home.
