Custom versus a store kit — what’s the difference?
A kit is made for a theoretical shower; yours isn’t. Walls are never perfectly straight, and that’s where kits leak or bind. Custom means every panel is cut for YOUR shower — the fit is precise and you can see it.
When do you take measurements?
Once the tiling is done. It’s the only way to get the real dimensions of the finished shower — measuring earlier is guessing, and you don’t guess with glass.
Is glass safe in a bathroom?
Yes: we only install tempered glass, made for exactly this. If it ever breaks, it crumbles into small granules instead of sharp shards.
How do I keep the glass looking new?
A squeegee pass after showering does 90% of the work: limescale is what dulls glass, not wear. A mild cleaner now and then handles the rest.
